On Sunday, September 5, the Bufalas will be hosting the Realville Back-to-School Cookout and Pool Party from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. The Bufalas are located at 78 Somerset Ave. in Sewell. Bring something to wear in the pool and a snack, and we’ll provide the rest
For those that are in high school, we will be spending the weekend of September 17-19 in Ocean City for a retreat with two other youth groups. We will be staying at “The Ark” Christian Retreat Center. If you are interested in coming, you will need to turn in the registration form and $30 fee by September 1. You can pick up a copy of the registration form outside the youth room.
Please hand in Ocean City Retreat Registration Form and $30 registration fee by September 1. Registrations received after the 1st will be $40. Attached to the form is a 2010-2011 Medical Release form, which will also need to completed.
We will be staying at The Ark [arkretreatcenter.com]. They have a large hang out room, big screen TV, ping pong table, foosball table, pool table, air hockey and a porch overlooking the street.
At the retreat, we will be spending time with other youth groups playing group games, having worship, listening to Bible messages, meeting in small groups, and of course, hanging out on the boardwalk and beach. It is only 4 blocks from the boardwalk.

Ocean City Retreat Registration Form
On Saturday, August 14, the youth will be traveling to Delaware River Tubing in Frenchtown, NJ. We will meet at 8:00am in the Mantua UMC parking lot and travel by van and other vehicles to Frenchtown. We will return to the church sometime around 4:00pm. The cost is $29 or $25 if we have at least 18 people to get the group rate. The cost includes lunch on the river. Delaware River Tubing Trip Form
On Wednesday, August 11, the youth will be traveling to Delanco Camp to attend the evening service at Junior High III Camp. The Dove award winning band 10th Avenue North is leading worship, so you won’t want to miss it. If you are planning on coming, make sure that your parent signs the permission slip, which you can pick up outside the youth center or download from our website.

On Monday, July 26, the youth will be traveling to Delanco Camp to attend the evening service at Junior High 2 Camp. They will stay for snack and part of the evening activity before returning to the church. If you are planning on coming, make sure that your parent signs the permission slip, which you can pick up outside the youth center or click the link below.
On Wednesday, July 14, the youth will be traveling to Avalon to hangout at the beach and boardwalk. We will meet at 9:00 AM in the Mantua UMC parking lot and travel by van to Avalon. We will return to the church sometime around 7:00pm. Bring $6 for a beach tag and money for food. Download the parent permission form below. If you do not have a medical form on file, you will need to have one completed and signed as well in order to go on the trip.
